Website, online giving, fund accounting, visitor follow-up, prayer wall, sermons, and events — in one platform your church owns outright. Runs free on Cloudflare. No vendor lock-in. No subscription that goes up every year.
Built and proven at The Bluff Church — a real, live church running this exact stack at thebluffchurch.com.
Each feature below is normally its own product with its own monthly bill. Here it's one platform, one setup, one owner: you.
A real, fast, installable church website — not a template. Sermon player, events calendar, prayer wall, visitor connection cards, all built in.
Accept tithes and offerings online. One-time and recurring. $0 platform cut — you keep 100% (only the standard 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee per gift).
Real double-entry fund accounting — the kind your treasurer actually needs. Not a giving tracker masquerading as accounting.
Visitors fill out a digital connection card on your site. It flows straight to staff follow-up — no paper, no data entry, no missed first-time guests.
Members post prayer requests publicly. Staff can mark answered prayers. The wall lives on your site, not on Facebook.
Upload sermon audio and video. Members watch on your site, not YouTube. Sermon archive searchable by series and date.
Public-facing events calendar with flyers. Members see what's coming. The calendar feeds your website homepage automatically.
Role-based staff access. Pastor sees everything. Finance sees giving and accounting. Directory manager sees people. Passwordless sign-in.
One-click year-end giving statements for every giver. IRS-ready. No more spending a week in January producing them by hand.
The typical small church runs 3–4 subscriptions that don't talk to each other. Here's what that costs and what's missing.

You don't lift a finger on the technical side. Here's what happens after you say go.
A 30-minute call. You tell me your church name, your colors, your service times, your current setup. I tell you exactly what the migration looks like.
I set up your church's site, portal, giving, and accounting. Your branding, your colors, your content. You review a private demo link.
I point your domain at it, migrate your existing givers and funds, and train your staff. You go live. Members see a new site; staff see a portal that works.
You get the code, the Cloudflare account, the Supabase database — all in your church's name. No monthly bill from me. You can fire me and keep everything.
You're paying for the build and the migration, not a subscription. After launch, the ongoing cost is whatever Cloudflare and Stripe charge (both near zero for a small church).
Ongoing costs you pay directly: Cloudflare (free tier covers most churches), giving processor (2.9% + 30¢ per gift — Tithely or Stripe), Supabase (free tier covers up to 50,000 rows). A 100-member church typically pays under $5/month total.
The code is deployed to your church's own Cloudflare account and your data lives in your church's own Supabase database — both in your church's name, with your church's login. If I disappear tomorrow, your website, your giving, and your accounting keep running. You can hand the keys to any developer and they can maintain it. There is no "my server" that you depend on.
Cloudflare Workers (the hosting) has a free tier that covers 100,000 requests per day — far more than any small church needs. Supabase (the database) has a free tier covering 50,000 rows and 500MB. Stripe charges their standard 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction, same as any giving platform — but unlike Tithely, there's no additional platform cut on top. The catch is the setup fee: I charge once to build it. After that, the running cost is essentially zero.
I migrate your existing givers, funds, and contacts into the new system as part of the Full Platform setup. Your giving history and fund balances come over. You cancel the old subscriptions after launch. Most churches save $30–$60/month in subscription fees, which pays back the setup fee in 8–30 months — and after that, it's pure savings.
Yes. This is real double-entry fund accounting with restricted and unrestricted funds, journal entries with batch controls, and standard reports (balance sheet, income statement, fund balances). It's not a giving tracker pretending to be accounting. The Bluff Church's treasurer uses it for real, including year-end statements to every giver.
You can. The data is in your Supabase database — exportable as CSV anytime. The code is standard HTML and JavaScript — any web developer can read it. There is no proprietary format, no data lock-in, no "export fee." If you outgrow the platform, you take your data and your code and you go. That's the point.
You do, or any developer you hire. The code is plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no proprietary framework, no build step, no black box. A church volunteer with basic web skills can update content. For bigger changes, any developer can work with it. I'm also available for hire on an hourly basis if you want help later — but you are not obligated to use me.
Giving runs through Tithely (preferred — purpose-built for churches, free to use, 2.9% + 30¢ per gift) or Stripe (the same processor used by millions of businesses and nonprofits). Both handle PCI compliance, fraud detection, and card processing — your church never stores card numbers. The platform is built with Supabase Row-Level Security so staff only see what their role permits. No card data ever touches your site.
We recommend Tithely for most churches. It's free to use, built specifically for church giving (text-to-give, kiosks, NFC tap), and pastors trust the name. Stripe is the fallback if you need it set up fast or already have an existing Stripe account. Both cost the same per gift (2.9% + 30¢). We'll set up whichever you prefer before anything else — giving is the first thing we configure.
